Anti-Human Serum Rabbit Antiserum

Anti-Human Serum Rabbit Antiserum

NebuSelect™ Anti-Human Serum Rabbit Antiserum (Cat. No. NBAB-160272) is an unconjugated rabbit polyclonal IgG preparation generated by immunizing rabbits with pooled normal human serum, followed by Protein A/G affinity purification. The product is suitable for immunoassays, immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence assays (IFA) for the detection of human serum-associated antigens. For tissue and cell staining, appropriate enzyme- or fluorophore-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibodies can be used to visualize target antigens through chromogenic or fluorescent detection.[1,2]

The product is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing glycerol and sodium azide and is available in 1 mL and 2 mL sizes to accommodate different experimental needs. Storage at 4°C is recommended for short-term use and at −20°C for long-term storage. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Working concentrations, sample fixation, and blocking conditions should be optimized in preliminary experiments, with appropriate controls included to assess signal and background.[1,3] For research use only.
