Description:

NebuTools™ Human TREM2 Luciferase HEK293 Cell Line (Cat# NBST-241003) was engineered to express TREM2 signaling response elements driving luciferase expression systems. When stimulated with TREM2 ligands or agonistic antibodies, receptor-mediated signaling can drive TREM2-mediated luminescence. Neutralization of the biological effect of the ligand-receptor interaction by corresponding antibodies results in a decrease in luminescence.

Revival:

After retrieving the cells from the liquid nitrogen tank, rapidly thaw them in a 37°C water bath. Transfer contents into a tube with pre-warmed media. Centrifuge cells and seed into a 25 cm^2 flask containing pre-warmed media.
