NebuTools™ Density Gradient Medium (CAT#NBST-230002) is a sterile, ready-to-use 60% (w/v) iodixanol solution in water. Iodixanol is a non-ionic, iso-osmotic, and inert density gradient medium. With a density of 1.320 ± 0.001 g/mL, it offers low viscosity and minimal osmotic stress, preserving the structure and function of sensitive biological samples.
