Description:

NebuTools™ Human Nectin-4 Luciferase MDA-MB-231 Cell Line (Cat# NBST-241002) was engineered to express a luciferase reporter system driven by Nectin-4–mediated signaling response elements. When stimulated with Nectin-4–specific ligands or agonistic antibodies, receptor-mediated signaling can drive downstream pathway–dependent luminescence. Neutralization of the biological effect of the ligand–receptor interaction by corresponding antibodies results in a decrease in luminescence.

Revival:
