This antibody is obtained by immunization using recombinant H. pylori Urease large subunit (60 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1: 16,000 dilution) and Western Blot analysis (1: 8,000 dilution). It recognizes the Urease large subunit in an extract of a cytotoxic H. pylori strain.
