This antibody is obtained by immunization with HIV-1 gag polyprotein (55 kDa). The IgG fraction was purified using Protein G-Sepharose.

应用数据：

This antibody can be used in ELISA assays (1: 30,000 dilution) and Western Blot analysis (1: 8,000). It is specific for the C-terminal region from aa370 – aa501 of gag p55. Since it does not recognize the p17 and p24 sequences, it can be used to differentiate the p17 and p24 regions of the gag polyprotein.
