Introduction: 

Streptavidin is a biotin-binding protein with high affinity, capable of binding 4 moles of biotin per mole of protein. 

The streptavidin-biotin system is widely used in traditional biological techniques such as fluorescence microscopy, 

immunoelectron microscopy, flow cytometry, Western blotting, Elisa detection, as well as cutting-edge research areas 

such as biochips and nanobiology.

The streptavidin produced by our company is a recombinant core streptavidin, which does not contain the N-terminal 

and C-terminal polypeptide fragments of natural streptavidin. This effectively avoids the spatial hindrance caused by 

these terminal polypeptides on biotin binding.
